Requirement

We have updated Form HUD-9886, Authorization for the Release of Information/ Privacy Act Notice, with its new expiration date from HUD. (Case 15184)

Requirement

We have updated the Financial Data Schedule based on the July 2014 Line Definition Guide: updated the descriptions of sub-lines for line item 342, added 91300 and 70750 memo files to the FDS Income Statement, and added 357 memo files to the FDS Balance Sheet. (Case 14233)

Bug Report

The program would sometimes return an error when editing a Journal Batch containing a zero-value Journal Voucher. This has been corrected. (Case 14279)

Occupancy and Rent Calculation

Requirement

We have updated Form HUD-9886, Authorization for the Release of Information/ Privacy Act Notice, with its new expiration date from HUD. (Case 15052)

Enhancement

We have added support for MTW tiered flat rents for Homeownership & Section 8 Project based tenants. (Case 11992)

Bug Reports

When updating a calculated utility allowance for a Public Housing certification, the system incorrectly considered voucher size and returned a Utility Allowance Profile for zero bedrooms. This has been corrected, so that if the subsidy type is not Section 8, then the voucher size will not be compared to the bedroom size. (Case 15233)

HUD Form 52667 was always printing the utility allowance based on the bedroom size of the unit, which is incorrect if the voucher size is less than the bedroom size. This has been corrected, so that the form now prints the utility allowance for the lower of the voucher size or bedroom size. (Case 16546)

Payroll

Bug Reports

Box 20 of the W-2 was incorrectly printing the word "LOCAL," instead of the local tax description assigned by the client. This has been corrected. (Case 11475)

W-2s would sometimes print an employee's previous address, instead of the current address. This has been corrected. (Case 11665)

For agencies with multiple Companies in Payroll Setup, a bug on gathering W-2 data caused the gathered data for the previous company to be deleted when the next company's was gathered. This has been corrected. (Case 11667)

Box 1 of the W-2 was incorrectly blank for employees with no Federal deductions. This has been corrected. (Case 11941)

The values in Box 12 of the W-2 were not populating on the AccuWage electronic submission file. This has been corrected. (Cases 12557 and 17485)

Bug Reports

The HAP Abatement Wizard was incorrectly calculating the days to prorate for agencies using the option to prorate every month at 30 days, instead of using the actual days in the month. This has been corrected. (Case 14628)
